What equipment do I need?
Minimal equipment is required. Most programs can be done with bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and dumbbells. We design your program based on what you have available—whether that's a full gym or just your living room.
What age groups do you work with?
We specialize in pre-teen (10-12) and teen (13-19) athletes. We also work with adults seeking fitness and lifestyle improvements—parents, friends, and anyone looking for personalized strength and conditioning training. All programs are age-appropriate and evidence-based.
Can you help with injury prevention and recovery?
Absolutely. Our coaches have advanced degrees in health sciences and physician assistant studies. We design programs that strengthen weak areas, improve mobility, and reduce injury risk. If you're recovering from an injury, we'll work with your medical team to create a safe return-to-play plan.
Do you train athletes in specific sports?
We specialize in strength and conditioning for all athletes—not sport-specific technical training. Our programs build foundational athletic qualities (strength, speed, power, endurance, mobility) that translate across any sport and any athlete. While we have extensive experience working with track and soccer athletes, our training benefits basketball players, football players, swimmers, and athletes of all sports. If you need sport-specific technique coaching, we can recommend specialists, but our focus is on making your athlete stronger, faster, and more resilient.
How do you track progress?
Our custom app tracks everything—workout completion, strength gains, speed improvements, body composition, and more. You'll see measurable progress in 30 days, with obvious results by 60 days and above-average gains by 90 days.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We're confident you'll see results and want to stay, but we never lock you in.
